Prostitution and Indescent Dressing: Two of a Kind

Prostitution is said to be ‘the business or practice of engaging in sexual relations in exchange for payment or some other benefit. Prostitution is sometimes described as commercial sex’.
‘Indecent dressing can be dressing as in exposing your body in an uneven manner so as to arouse feeling of attraction... ‘Apparel that is intentionally revealing is indecent’. Also, ‘today's female fashion is downright pornographic’.
Let us make do with aforementioned definitions to avoid an academic exercise, of which it has helped thrown lights to the above title of morals and wellbeing of our society with dressing.
May the soul and spirit of Late Alakoso Toba Opaleye rest in peace.  He talked extensively on the indecent dresses of our youths and married ladies, its trending menace, in one of his works he titled ASO ESU BELEKE. This was a song released about TEN years ago.  It has gone worse than he saw it, how I wished the radio maestro was alive to see the development of dressing in the year 2016.
He talked about short and mini but today we see nakedness, putting on nylon and nets materials without underwear. People barely put on dresses in the guise of fashion and vogue, or appeal, in order to the catch attention of all eyes. In some climes and places, they celebrated nakedness in the spirit of fashion and freedom. Nudity is celebrity wears on red carpets .
Prostitution is about patronage, an invitation to teat . Any married woman in apparel that is intentionally revealing is indecently dressed, if called a prostitute can’t be mistaken identity. A decent woman must be well dressed, corporately clothed by all standard with all modesty, and be good looking, not caught in the web of indecent dressing.
It is prevalent in the young, old, single, married, and all colors. We are all affected in the trend, are we going back to the Garden of Eden? Hardly do ladies and women mind the sacred nature of their body, pride of womanhood is no longer meaningful, the pubic, or waste lines are all in the glare of all eyes. Nothing is left for privacy of the home.
Parents are not bothered about their wards, Spiritual Fathers are helpless in worship places, and the governments are not protecting the society on the streets and public places. The supposedly married and society ladies are worst off , on corridor of offices and at social functions are parades of indecent dresses. I think our mothers can do better than what obtains now at homes and in public places, on rag tag dresses.
Media and entertainment industries are agents and promoters of this scourge, their roles are huge and key, if any positive action is to be taken to arrest the situation. They must live up to a better standard of morality and decency. All the Red Carpets, Promotions, Awards, Launchings, Modelling, and celebrity shows, are big theatres of immoral displays. They intend to outwit one another in dressing and end up been nude, trust the lenses for glimpse.
I don’t want to be engaged in the ‘for or against’ argument on rights violation on legislations; my concern is decency, which is in conformity with moral standards of every society.  I mean the behavior or an attitude that conforms to the commonly accepted standards of what is right and respectable in the society. I think we can act and take a bold step among ourselves, each society can determine ‘modesty or propriety’.
There are limits to rights, as it offends other people since nobody is an island. People have the right to be extremely mad, the government should therefore be ready to provide treatments, camp, solitary, asylum, and other forms of protection for the sane and innocent citizens.
We the onlookers are tired of obscenity and torments, it’s an unwarranted anguish. These are signs of the end time, which many are not willing or ready to talk or hear about but its reality chokes us from all corners. It is so obvious from the classrooms to the streets, offices to the markets and from homes to religious places. Indecent dressings are all over the place.
Appreciably, private part of the body should be decently covered and protected from all eyes. I am not justifying criminals or acts of self-control, but these mindless acts often lead to molestation, rape and other criminal vices. The menace is a scourge on the society, it’s better checked to avoid unimaginable epidemic that can envelop us all.
Women; prostitution and dressing, an inter-twin relationship. It is so difficult to believe that an indecently dressed woman is not a prostitute. The disregard is high and conspicuous; the identification of a professional is same, except modus operandi. Prostitution which is sometimes referred to euphemistically as "the world's oldest profession" is still very much alive.
Although the majority of prostitutes identify as female have male clients , it would be unfair not to mention the man, a complete agent in the equation. The vulnerable agents, men, are either promoters or captive in the trade. They benefit from the wayward propositions and acceptance of the invitation to treat, in completion of contract.
Engaging such women in discuss at occasions or on corridors connotes sexual relations with prostitutes by passersby, very easy for strangers to make quick conclusions of a trade contract in progress.
May God save us all because prostitution and indecent dressing of any type is inseparable twins. No matter your excuse of looking good, my rights, my choice, it’s one life, am an adult, am responsible to myself, and all forms of rationalization, or call it ‘self-righteousness’. They are all flimsy and indecent act, moral is either right or wrong. All others are unacceptable to moral justification
